The water source for Brush Creek Metropolitan District is purchased from Snowmass Water & Sanitation District.
DISTRICT HOMEOWNERS STRUCTURE:
Brush Creek Village is “run” by two entities; 1) The Brush Creek Landowners Association is the original body that was formed to run the operations of the subdivision. https://www.brushcreeklandownersassociation.com/
2) In 1990 the Brush Creek Metropolitan District was created as a special taxing district to issue bonds, backed by tax revenue, to raise funds for the installation of the water system. The BCMD has also assumed the responsibility for managing the operations of the district.
